Following that, husband got interviewed in finance pages. Now wife is shown in full glory in women's magazine! Glamour-nya.. I feel so privileged.

Hahaha. Thanks, guys...you're all too kind. They didn't have enough space for all my responses though. When they arsed me to name some of my favourite blogs, I named more than 3...a number of you up there were mentioned, but I guess they didn't have enough space to include all the blogs. Anyway, we're a community and we survive as a community by supporting each other, and that's what's important. :-) Here's to sharing more good food with others out there, eh? (and having fun while doing it...let the champagne flow!)

feifeipinky, i think its basically just VERY cold frozen ice cream, some sponge cake, and a dollop of meringue on the cake and ice cream, and baked in a hot oven for a while, then pour some brandy around the sides to flambe it....
